SIGNING A BUYER'S AGENCY AGREEMENT

The Buyer’s Agency Agreement signifies that for a designated period of time, the Buyer has engaged a specific REALTOR® to work exclusively on his or her behalf at finding a property. This confirms our commitment to make our best efforts for the Buyer.

Our Duties to the Buyer:

In representing you under a Buyer’s Agency agreement, we promise to:

  •  Be loyal to you at all times
  •  Follow your lawful instructions
  •  Provide you with all material facts that could influence your purchasing decisions
  •  Use reasonable skill, care and diligence
  •  Account for all monies handled
  •  Avoid all conflicts of interest
  •  Not to act for parties whose interests conflict
  •  Not misuse confidential information
  •  Not disclose without authorization
  •  Provide any required real estate statistics, comparable property information, etc…
  •  Exercise all efforts to locate a suitable property
